Shipping
We use Canada Post EXPRESS POST to ship all our products.
Shipping rates: within Canada, the base rate is $10.00 per order + $2.00 per item;to the United-States, the base rate is $35.00 per order + $2.00 per item.
The purchaser is responsible for any custom duties or applicable taxes.
We do not sell outside Canada and the United-States.
Estimated delivery times:
within Quebec, 2 to 3 working days; within the rest of Canada, 3 to 5 working days; and to the USA, 8 working days. We usually mail your shipment out the day after we receive the order, so please factor in this time as well.
Tracking: we will e-mail the tracking information to you.
My order is urgent! In some situations, you might need your package really fast, for exemple, urns. In the province of Quebec, we can ship via Dicom, within 24 hours. You will have to contact us by phone and before noon of the day of departure. Costs are higher, 100$. 418 937-2917
